The association Infr'Action was created in 2004, and is the official organisation running the festival. It is a non-profit organisation following the French law of 1901.
It functions also as a support and a reference group to the actions undertaken. It is responsible for global management, and defines the direction of the project, chooses its staff and approve their mandates.
